Hi, I’m Brittnee, and welcome to Elysian Cake Co!

I am the owner and creative behind this small business.

My love for cake artistry started like many during the Melbourne Covid-19 lockdowns. What started as one cake for my daughter’s birthday began with multiple cakes and cupcakes in the year until finally, I decided to take the leap and start my business.

I strive to offer the best customer service to all my clients and exceed their expectations when they pick up their orders. I love being creative and spending weeks planning each detail and element of a cake.

Outside of the cake world, I am a wife of 5 years, a mother of a 4-year-old girl and I work as Event Coordinator.
